Game Mechanics
Forest Flee is a match-3 puzzle game set in an enchanted forest.
The goal of each round is to align the little animals in groups of three, either in a straight line or forming an "L", so they can escape through the forest holes until none are left on the board. If you align 4 or more, you lose the round — so you'll need to plan each move carefully!
The game has 5 levels, each divided into multiple rounds with unique challenges:
Level 1:
Starts with a single column of animals and gradually expands to five columns. It's perfect for learning the basic game mechanics. This level includes 15 rounds.
Level 2:
The animals start moving on their own, switching places randomly through the holes. This can undo your alignments or create unwanted combinations if you're not paying attention. It has 9 rounds, and the last 6 rounds include a maximum moves counter to increase the challenge.
Level 3:
Hidden animals appear and peek out at random. You can't move pieces into spaces where they're hiding, and if you do, the animal you're holding will shift to the nearest free spot, which might create unwanted alignments. Memorizing where they hide is key. This level has 9 rounds, many of them with a move limit.
Level 4:
Similar to level 2 but with more types of animals, making it harder to achieve your goal. It also has 9 rounds, with a move limit in the last 6.
Level 5:
The toughest level: it combines hidden animals with others that constantly switch places. You'll need to stay focused to avoid mistakes. Every round has a moves counter, which gradually decreases as you get closer to the end of the adventure.
